Stewart’s Forest Products Inc. is a wood-based specialty packaging manufacturer with an employment opportunity in production/general labor.
This position’s primary responsibility is working in our processing department and/or assembly departments.  Wood working experience is helpful but not required.  We will train in both departments.
Responsibilities in the processing department include cutting lumber to size, stacking it and labeling it for each job.  Employees are trained on a variety of pieces of equipment including panel saws, chop saws, gang rip saws and resaws.
The assembly departments responsibilities include building wood packaging following work instructions, prints and direction from supervisors.  Assembly is accomplished using a variety of air tools and miscellaneous hand tools.
Employees will be cross trained in all departments.  While employees will mostly work in one needed on a day to day department most of the time, they will be expected to be able to be flexible and work where basis.
