• 5+ years defense litigation experience
• A stable work history and stellar references
• The ability to work hand in hand with preeminent attorneys as a valued member of the team
• Exceptional software skills with a strong command of MS Word
• A professional, polished demeanor
• A bachelor’s degree and / or paralegal certification is a plus although those with relevant experience will absolutely be considered in lieu of a degree
