Salary Ranges (Junior DA) $47,500 - $60,000 (DA) $58,000 - $75,000

(Junior) Data Analysts help produce and deliver data and solutions that drive our clients' matching, targeting, and outreach efforts. The (Junior) Data Analyst understands data manipulation details and is willing to learn new techniques and processes to ensure our clients receive clean, enhanced, ready-to-use data.

Data Analysts improve quality, define innovations, and adhere to standard processes and procedures.

JUNIOR DATA ANALYST SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

* Attends all client and internalmeetings andconference calls as needed.

DATA ANALYST SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

* Work with the Production Team to deliver quality data products promptly

* Manage time to meet deadlines and other internal or client-driven timelines

* Submit, document, track and monitor data processing jobs

* Take the initiative to monitor all data processes to ensure seamless process flow continuously

* Research and accurately validate source data, data formatting specifications, and output requirements according to client specifications and service level agreements

* Build data processing workflows; review; revise existing workflows and macros to ensure they operate efficiently

* Perform audits to ensure compliance with quality assurance processes, established procedures, project requirements, and service level agreements/expectations.

* Coordinate and collaborate with our Sales and Client Services teams to ensure data requests are completed promptly and accurately

* Develop detailed knowledge of TargetSmart data products and Production Team processes

* Train/mentor junior-level team members as needed
