Member Service Associate

United Food and Commercial Workers Union (UFCW) is North America’s neighborhood union; standing together to improve the lives and livelihoods of workers, families, and communities. Our members work primarily in the retail food, meatpacking, poultry, food processing and manufacturing and retail store industries.

We are seeking an entry level associate to join our team of professionals and help maintain a high level of service for our members.

Responsibilities: Provide customer service to members; extensive data entry; answer phones and respond to calls, letters, and emails; represent the company in a professional manner; maintain confidentiality of member information; other duties as assigned.

• Must have Proficient experience w/ Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook (a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Position: Full-time
• Starting Rate: $15.00/HR.
• Hours: 8 am-5 pm (Mon-Fri)
• Location: Broadview Heights, OH (on site)
