This position may require sitting, standing and/or walking for extended periods of time; occasional lifting of up to 10 lbs may be required.

Shift

Primarily Monday – Friday (8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.); with occasional evenings and weekends per departmental needs.

Job Summary

In collaboration with the CDI Manager, this position will oversee the day-to-day operations and will lead a compliant clinical documentation program. Monitor and maintain the timeliness of workflow, productivity and quality of the program. Continuously assesses program through audits, reports and feedback to re-evaluate processes to assist in meeting enterprise goals. This is a hybrid position; remote work and on-campus attendance expected.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities

The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage multiple tasks and/or projects while accurately completing routine functions in a fast-paced, high intensity, professional work environment. This individual will also have knowledge of nursing theory; proficiency utilizing Microsoft Office applications; excellent attention to detail; exceptional planning and organizational skills, written and verbal communication skills, and time management and judgement abilities; the ability to solve routine problems and manage resources; and a demonstrated ability to provide superior customer service.none
