This position will require working at a computer workstation for long periods of time with some repetitive motion; standing or walking with objects up to 25 lbs; and communicating with internal and external colleagues and customers verbally and in writing.

Primarily Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm; as an exempt position, may require additional evening/weekend hours per departmental need.
Job Summary
UK HealthCare is seeking a Healthcare Contracts Liaison to support new contract development and current contract evaluation. Working under the supervision of the Hospital Clinical Operations Director, the position has primary responsibility for bringing top-level projects through the project management lifecycle. This position will employ sound project management practices, methodologies, and principles, and communicate timely and effectively with stakeholders, both verbally and in writing to meet established timelines. This position will oversee the management of the ServiceNow Contracts module, ensuring data compliance within the module. This position will conduct analysis in collaboration with Supply Chain and Operations to recommend business needs for program development in various Operations areas, driving innovation through analysis and recommendations on workflow changes, and obtaining buy-in for new/updated processes that will affect bedside caregivers and those who have downstream impact by suggested changes. The individual will have knowledge of Joint Commission standards around contract management and compliance, and UK Internal Audit Contract compliance policies and procedures.
This position will act as liaison between UKHC and external partners related to contracting initiatives across sites, managing these relationships to monitor and track compliance with programs and representing UKHC Operations to enterprise contract compliance committee. This position will collaborate with Enterprise Learning, UKHC Clinical Contracts Committee, and Executive Leadership to ensure training on contract compliance meets all standards and policies, identifying gaps, developing, modifying, and delivering training to Operations Leaders.
