Job Summary
Our department is in search of a detail-oriented individual to fill a part-time research assistant role. The position will involve supporting translational and basic biomedical research in the field of neuroscience. While previous research experience, such as proficiency in tasks like cell culture, biochemical and histological analyses of cells/tissues, and/or rat husbandry and behavioral analyses, is preferred, it is not a mandatory requirement. Additionally, responsibilities will include aiding in the smooth functioning of general laboratory operations, which encompasses tasks such as shipping/receiving, maintaining the cell culture room, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Previous research is preferred, but not mandatory.
