Job Description

* Assists in the operational and fiscal operation in the Sponsored Programs Admin group within the RECD.
* Work with pre and post award teams to assist with proposal budgets and other proposal functions; assist with project setups, assist with subcontract setup; assist with project closeouts; research and analyze data and prepare reports; provide department staff with information as it relates to grant projects

Shift

8:00 am to 5:00 pm; M-F

Minimum Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 3 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary

Preferred Qualifications

Working knowledge of Excel; Microsoft Office suite; PeopleSoft

Anticipated Hiring Range

Pay commensurate with education and experience.
Hiring Range: $20.66 to $23.50 Hourly
Grade: GGS-009
