Neuro-Ophthalmology

The University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine, Department of Neurology, and the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center are seeking a Neuro-ophthalmologist at the assistant professor level.

Candidate must successful graduation from an ophthalmology or neurology residency training program, a fellowship in neuro-ophthalmology, and demonstration of excellence in training activities.

Responsibilities include outpatient care, an interest in clinical and/or bench research, and resident and medical student teaching and supervision. The position will serve patients at the UPMC Mercy and other locations as determined by the Chairman and Division Chief.

Candidates must be qualified for medical licensure in Pennsylvania and meet the requirements necessary for a faculty position at the University of Pittsburgh. Candidates should have a medical degree – MD, DO, or foreign equivalent, Board Certified, or board eligible in neuro-ophthalmology fellowship training or foreign equivalent.
