Maintenance Supervisor

Coordinates maintenance requirements for assigned area and/or food service location. Supervises team, distributes work tasks, and ensures compliance with policies and procedures. Determines needed materials and procures items. Assists in the coordination of projects and construction in assigned areas. Performs administrative and safety planning duties.

Supervisory and organizational skills, technical expertise, and communication skills.

Position requires constant mobility in four (4) season weather conditions. A broad variety of campus conditions must be negotiated. Extensive walking, some climbing of ladders, and bending for work inspections can be expected.
