Program Record Administrator



The incumbent will prepare, process, maintain, and document student information into admission records, enrollment, and graduation reports using a variety of systems and applications including PeopleSoft, Nursing Cas, and Perceptive Content. They will also help to answer/respond pre-admission questions.


Qualified candidates should have the ability to work independently with overall guidance and direction from senior staff and leadership. Strong problem solving skills and the ability to adhere to policies, procedures, and business plans is highly desired. Experience working in higher education or admissions is also highly desired. Experience with PeopleSoft, Nursing Cas, and Perceptive Content would be beneficial.

Work Schedule: 37.5 hrs/wk; Monday - Friday; 7:30AM - 4:00PM

Work Arrangement: Hybrid: Combination of On-Campus and Remote work as determined by the department.

Requested Pay Rate: 18.00 per hour
