Appointment:
Visiting Assistant Professor in Management - 2024 - 2025

Responsibilities/Description:
We seek a business professor with a strong liberal arts grounding to teach three undergraduate courses each semester (3/3), prioritizing courses in Management. The faculty member's primary teaching responsibilities are as follows: Teach up to four sections of Principles of Management and two electives. Special consideration will be given to candidates with demonstrated interest in International Management/Business.

Qualifications:
A doctoral degree (ABD considered) and a commitment to liberal arts education are required. We will consider Ph.Ds. in disciplines related to Management.

Compensation and Benefits:
Rank: Visiting Assistant Professor
Faculty salaries at the University of Puget Sound are based on a common salary scale based on experience. Assistant Professor salaries for 2023-24 begin at $71,492 annualized in their first year of full-time post-doctorate teaching through $80,003 annualized based on experience. ($70,992 to $79,503 for ABD.) Faculty in Business and Leadership receive an over-scale payment of $10,000 per year in the assistant professor rank.
