Product Support Specialist

Unverferth Manufacturing, a leading farm equipment company based in Kalida,  Ohio, is seeking a customer-focused and mechanically inclined person for a career as a Product Support Specialist at our Casselton, North Dakota branch.

This position requires traveling from 8-10 weeks per year performing product training programs, in-field customer support and tradeshow support. Secondary responsibilities will include daily sales, warehousing and delivery support at this branch. 

Qualified candidates will have a bachelor's degree in Ag-Engineering, Ag-Systems Technology, Agri-Business or other related discipline, or an associate's degree and  2-3 years of applicable work experience. Prior familiarity and/or hands-on experience with agricultural equipment and farming operations is a plus.
