Key responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the retail store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
- Lead and motivate a team of associates to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets
- Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers, providing product recommendations and educating them on cannabis products
- Manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and timely replenishment
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and maintain a safe and secure environment
- Develop and execute strategies to drive sales and increase customer loyalty
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers and staff

Salary

$75000 - $95000 USD per year

Required Skills

- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in the cannabis industry or a highly regulated environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and staff
- In-depth knowledge of cannabis products, strains, and consumption methods
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and inventory management software
- Understanding of local and state regulations related to cannabis sales and compliance
